1. Request and Contract

contract that SGS testing will be conducted
before and during the shipment of refined
petroleum products. This defines which
report is needed, the scope of the test, and
the requirements.
2. Testing standards
Evaluate various aspects
of refined oil products, including quality,
chemical properties, and physical properties.
Select appropriate test items and standards
according to the nature and purpose of the
productbeingshipped.
3. Sampling
Representative samples are
taken from refined oil products for
testing. These samples may be taken
before, during, or after shipment, and
testing is often conducted prior to
shipment.
4. Test report
SGS issues a report containing
the test results. This report indicates the
quality and specifications of refined
petroleum products and provided to
shipping companies, buyers, relevant
authoritiesandthirdparties.
5.Review and Approval of Results
After receiving the test report, the buyer and seller
review it and decide whether to approve it or
not. If the test results are within specifications,
approvetheshipmentandproceed.
6. Shipment
Refined petroleum products will
be shipped according to the agreement
between the buyer and seller. SGS test report
